Research Interests:
My research examines molecular evolution processes across mutation-acclumulation
lines and natural strains of C. elegans and C. briggsae using Affymetrix
whole-genome tiling arrays. I am also exploring mitochondrial genetic variation
in natural isolates of C. briggsae.
